Privacy Policy (Partner and Chauffeur App)

Version 1.0 · Effective September 27, 2026

This document is published in English only.

CK Transportation Services LLC, operating under the DARKTIE brand ("DARKTIE", "we", "us"), provides a platform through which independent transportation partners and their chauffeurs ("you") receive and perform pre-scheduled reservations. This Policy explains what we collect from you, why, who we share it with, and your choices.

This Policy supplements the Independent Transportation Partner Agreement. Where that Agreement and this Policy differ on the handling of passenger data, the Agreement controls.

1.2 Information collected automatically

CategoryExamplesWhy

Device and app dataDevice model, OS version, app version, push token, crash and diagnostic dataDeliver assignments and notifications; fix faults

Background location. The partner app collects location while you are online and available, and during an assigned ride, including when the app is in the background, because passengers and dispatch rely on live position. Location collection stops when you go offline. You control this through the permission in your device settings; the service cannot dispatch to you without it.

1.3 Information from others

  • Passengers: ratings and written reviews of the ride, complaints, reports of items left in the vehicle.
  • DARKTIE dispatch and admin: assignment decisions, verification outcomes, settlement adjustments.
  • Payment processor: payout status, account verification results.
  • Background check or document verification providers, where used and permitted by law, with your authorization.

2. How We Use Information

  1. Verify that you and your vehicles are eligible to accept bookings, and keep that verification current.
  2. Offer, assign and manage reservations.
  3. Share the minimum necessary details with the passenger (your first name, vehicle description, live position during the ride, and a contact channel).
  4. Calculate and pay weekly settlements, gratuities and adjustments, and produce statements.
  5. Investigate safety incidents, accidents, complaints, no-show reports, payment disputes and suspected fraud.
  6. Meet tax, insurance, licensing and other legal obligations.
  7. Improve reliability, safety and service quality.

We do not sell personal information.
